Can we divert calls from different locations to our ACBusiness number?
You can divert as many locations as you like to the same number, or if you prefer to divert to separate numbers you can do that too.
How do we divert our calls to ACBusiness?
Using standard BT features or features within your phone system. We are happy to help if you are not sure.
How do you know who the call is for?
We provide you with you a unique number to divert your calls to. When a call is received on that line your company details automatically show on our receptionist's screen and we answer the phone in the name of your company.
If you put calls through to us, how much does the call cost?
You are charged by the minute at cheaper than the standard BT rate.
Do I have to take out a long-term contract?
No.
How do I send work to you?
You can send us work by email, fax, phone, post and even text.
What digital formats can you accept for transcription?
We handle most digital formats WMA, MP3, WAV, DMA etc.
What format can you accept documents in?
We run PCs on Windows with the latest version of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
Can you receive my faxes?
Yes, each fax we receive for you is forwarded to you via email.
What are your hours of service?
We operate from 8.00am to 6.00pm. For Receptionist Services, if we receive your calls out of hours they will divert to our voicemail system where we will record a personalised greeting message for you. Depending on how you have chosen to have your voicemails handled, we will send you a message, or email it to you with the message attached as a WAV file, at the beginning of the next working day.
